The city of Briar Gate is located in Kent, England. Just under an hour from London, the city acts as the coordinating center and storehouse for the Bureau of Curiosity Acquisition, Investigation, & Management. Training, debriefing, and clerical work take place within the Templer Barracks.
Outside of the templer Barracks, the city is of moderate-sized population. Its surrounding land made up primarily of considerable agricultural assets, the city acts as a nondescript home for several offices of British Military Intelligence. Downtown area hosts several small pubs, and a modest night club. Being largely agricultural, most of Briar Gate has thus far escaped the otherwise considerable impact of industrialization and unemployment other parts of Great Britain have endured, and as such it enjoys considerably low crime and poverty rates.
